About Troy Dalton

He has taught at Davis, California State University, Chico, and San Francisco City College. He currently lives and works in Northern California, a direct line to his studio is 530.668.4682.
Dalton is known for his large, epic paintings of the human figure, which he weaves into mythic, psychosexual settings. He believes "Painting is not a process of perfection. It is an exploration of intent, heavily drugged by the opiate of discovering a new way." His work has been exhibited extensively in the United States, Europe, and Australia.
